Upon your initial contact, you will be matched with Chef Larry or an experienced member of his team that will be able to assist with the starter steps.
Step 2
After confirmation of your event dates availability, we will email you a questionnaire encompassing the details of your event.
This questionnaire will ask things such as;
-the style of cuisine for the night
-event timing,
-preferences on the style of service
-any food allergies or dietary restrictions
Step 3
Work personally with Chef Larry and collaborate on the custom menu he drafted for the night. Once the menu is finalized, a detailed proposal will be created with complete breakdowns of the menu, any extra services you may require, and chef fees.
There are never any hidden fees or strange unexplainable “service charges” ​in our proposals.
We believe in the highest levels of ethics, integrity, and full transparency in all of our business practices!
Step 4
Once you’ve had a chance to review your event proposal, you can easily complete your booking online, right from our secure web portal.
