A chef. A father. A storyteller.
A life around the table.

Flavor has
a story.

Mine starts with family.
And keeps unfolding, one plate at a time.

IN MY ELEMENTA story told through flavor.
Rooted in familyLed by curiosityMade to be shared

It began in
the family kitchen.

Before food was my profession, it was how my family came together.

Growing up in an Italian family, I learned that the best gatherings happen around a table. My grandmother’s recipes and my father’s lessons at the grill gave me a foundation I still cook from today.

My family moved from New York to Naples in 2005. After college, I returned home, and in 2015 we began the hospitality journey that became Two Guys Hospitality Group.

Today, I bring those roots to my work with a curiosity for new flavors, a love of sharing the craft, and the perspective of a father who knows how much the little moments matter.

Craft. Curiosity.

Food should feel
personal.

Every table brings a different story. My job is to listen, imagine, and turn that story into an experience you can taste.

I bring the warmth of an Italian family kitchen to the way I welcome people, and a restless curiosity to the way I cook. A menu begins with the people it’s for: their memories, their tastes, and the occasion that brought them together. That’s where my creativity finds its direction.

01 / THE FOUNDATION

Keep the roots alive.

My grandmother’s recipes and my father’s lessons at the grill taught me that cooking is an act of care. Everyone in my family liked things a little differently, and learning to get those details right gave me both pride and responsibility. I still carry that attention into every meal.

02 / THE INSPIRATION

Begin with your story.

Sometimes the inspiration is a flavor from childhood. Sometimes it’s a culture, a theme, or a dish you’ve always wanted to try. I want to understand what matters to you, then work together to give it a place at the table. The experience should feel like it belongs to you.

03 / THE CREATIVE PROCESS

Let each menu evolve.

I take what I’ve learned from one experience and build on it for the next. New conversations lead to new combinations, and familiar recipes leave room for a contemporary perspective. My aim is to honor your vision while bringing my own creative point of view to the plate.

04 / THE EXPERIENCE

Cook for the moment.

A quiet dinner for two and a lively family gathering have different rhythms. I approach each occasion on its own terms, with attention to the food, the people, and the feeling of the evening. Being a father keeps me close to what makes these moments meaningful: time together.

05 / THE STANDARD

Lead with integrity.

Since beginning this journey in Naples in 2015, integrity and enthusiasm have shaped how I work. I believe your actions, your words, and the care you show people should agree. That means listening closely, communicating openly, and taking pride in the experience from the first conversation onward.

06 / THE NEXT GENERATION

Share the craft.

Mentoring aspiring chefs is a part of my work that matters deeply to me. I want to pass on the techniques and confidence that others gave me, and help build a positive kitchen environment where young people can learn, contribute, and find their own voice.

Family gave me the foundation.
Curiosity keeps me moving forward.

Let’s create something personal ↗

The places behind
the story.

My brother Peter and I started Two Guys with our family in 2015. That shared love of food and bringing people together continues through the businesses we’ve built—and the next chapter we’re creating.

A PLACE TO GATHER

The Hangout

The Hangout by Two Guys is our restaurant in Naples—a place to settle in over good food, cocktails, and company. It’s another way to share the hospitality that started in our family kitchen.

BRING THE STORY TO YOUR TABLE

Your occasion.
Our inspiration.

From an intimate dinner for two to a gathering of family and friends, private dining is a chance to create something personal together.

How an experience comes together +
  1. Start a conversation. Share your date, occasion, and what you have in mind.
  2. Shape the menu. We discuss flavors, service, and dietary needs.
  3. Review the proposal. Finalize the menu, services, and fees before booking.
  4. Enjoy your evening. Make yourself at home and savor the experience.

Good things start
with a conversation.

or simply a hello. I’d love to hear from you.
